Orby TV Purchase Shipping and Return Policy

When a customer orders equipment from Orby TV online or by phone, we usually ship the next business day. Where possible, we ship via FedEx ground, which delivers within 1 to 5 business days.

Subject to the Rules below and the Orby TV Customer Agreement, Orby TV customers who purchased an Orby TV Receiver or an Orby TV Digital Video Recorder (the “Receiver”) from Orby TV online or by telephone and are dissatisfied with the Receiver or their Orby TV service may return the Receiver and all included accessories for a full refund of the Receiver purchase price, less a restocking fee of $10. Orby TV equipment sold by retailers or other parties is subject to the return policies of those retailers and is not covered by this policy.

The Orby TV Receiver and its included accessories (remote control, cables, batteries, manuals and other materials) are referred to as the “System” in this Return Policy.


  • If you wish to return your System for a refund, within 14 days of your purchase you must call Orby TV Customer Care to obtain a return shipping authorization.
  • Orby TV will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or return kit.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must return the System in “like new condition” with all original packaging and accessories within 14 days of your receipt of the return authorization.
  • The System and all original packaging must be returned to the address specified on the return shipping authorization, along with with the purchase receipt or order confirmation.
  • Upon receipt of your System, Orby TV will inspect its condition and completeness. If approved for a refund, a credit for the purchase amount will be posted to the credit or debit card used in the original purchase within 30 days. A restocking fee of $10 will also be charged to that credit or debit card. If the original card cannot be used for a refund, Orby TV will provide the refund via alternate means, such as a gift card in the amount of the purchase price less the $10 restocking fee.
  • Please see the Orby TV Customer Agreement for provisions regarding amounts that you may have paid for the Orby TV service. In most cases, these amounts are not refundable.
  • Amounts you may have paid for professional installation services at the time you received those services, including any amounts for outdoor equipment such as a satellite dish or antenna, are not refundable.
  • This Return Policy applies to returns of Systems for issues other than warranty issues. New System purchases are also covered by the Orby TV Limited Warranty. Please see the Orby TV Limited Warranty (available at OrbyTV.com) for warranty coverage, return, and repair/replacement of your new System.
